Four easy ways to pay

We’ll make things easier for you by billing your insurance company and keeping you up to date on your account and charges.

If your insurance requires a co-payment or deductible, you are responsible for these charges at the time of your appointment. If your insurance does not cover certain charges or if there is an unpaid balance of any type, you are responsible for paying for those services within 30 days of receipt of a statement from us.

Payments can be made by:

  • Cash, check or money order (make payable to “ADC”)
  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express)

How to Make a Payment

1. Through MyADC

MyADC, our patient portal, gives you an easy way to pay for charges.  Patients must be 18 years or older to create a MyADC account.  Once you have created an account you can:

  • Access your account via your account number
  • Review your statement balance
  • Pay your balances by credit card

2. Make a one-time online payment

You can also make a one-time online payment through our secure processing site. Please note, because this is a secure site, you will be required to register and create a username and password.

3. Phone

Call our Business Services office at 512-901-4600 and talk to one of our representatives or use the automated pay option.

  • Dial 512-901-4600
  • Select option “1” for payments.
  • Select the automated system option
  • Make sure you have a copy of your Medical Record Number (usually found on your statement)

4. Mail
