Two neurologists join ADC

Dr. Scott Boruchow and Dr. Greg Thaera, neurologists, to begin in August.

ADC’s neurology section is expanding in August as two new neurologists join the team. Scott Boruchow, MD and Greg Thaera, MD have already been scheduling appointments and will begin seeing patients in August.

Both physicians are certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and hold a Texas Medical License.

Scott Boruchow, MD, The Austin Diagnostic Clinic, NeurologyDr. Boruchow received his degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine of the Yeshiva University in Bronx, NY. He completed his internship and residency training for Internal Medicine at Mount Auburn Hospital in Cambridge, MA. After that, he went through training in neurology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.

Dr. Boruchow’s fellowship was also at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Clinical Neurophysiology and Neuromuscular Disease.

Greg Thaera, MD, The Austin Diagnostic Clinic, NeurologyDr. Greg Thaera comes to ADC most recently from Arizona where he had two fellowships at Mayo Clinic Arizona, first in Neurophysiology and then in Multiple Sclerosis.

He also completed his internship and residency at Mayo Clinic Arizona in Neurology. Dr. Thaera earned his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine.

Both Dr. Boruchow and Dr. Thaera will see patients at ADC’s Main Clinic in North Austin.
