Late Arrival Policy

We value our patient’s time and make every effort to run on schedule.  In order to accomplish this and to ensure that each patient has sufficient time with their doctor, this office has a strict late arrival policy.  Specifically, if you arrive 5 minutes after your scheduled appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.  Please plan for heavy Austin traffic and parking at St. David’s North Austin Medical Center.
