Quitting smoking can lead to immediate and lifetime benets. Stopping isn’t easy, but when you know what your options are and where to go for help you’ll have a better chance of staying smokefree. If you are serious about quitting, The Austin Diagnostic Clinic can help.

A professionally trained facilitator will use the Freedom from Smoking program developed by the American Lung Association, to help you design an individual plan for quitting.

During the eight sessions, the instructor will teach you a step-by-step method for changing your behavior and quitting smoking.
