Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream Recipe

A healthy fall treat for Phase 1 patients.



1 HMR Vanilla Shake
8 Ice Cubes
1 tsp Pumpkin flavored Sugar-free coffee syrup OR 1 cup canned pumpkin Healthy Solutions ONLY
1 tbsp. sugar free Butterscotch Pudding
4 packets non-caloric sweetener
½ tsp. cinnamon
1 dash nutmeg


  • Place 8 ice cubes in a food processor fitted with a metal blade.
  • Process ice until finely ground.
  • Scrape ice down.
  • Add pumpkin flavor, shake mix, spices, pudding, and sweetener.
  • Process for 2 -4 minutes or until it becomes a soft “ice cream” texture.
