Communicating with ADC through our main contact forms and feedback forms is not secure. Limit your comments or questions to appointment issues, billing questions, seminar registration, comments regarding this website, comments regarding our business operations. You should assume that information will be forwarded internally.

Medical-related communication

Do not send questions or comments related to, or containing information about, your medical condition through this website. This is not a secure site. In order to protect the privacy and confidentiality of physician-patient medical communications, ADC’s policy prohibits the use of e-mail for this purpose (public e-mail systems are not a secured means for matters of this nature).
