Whether you are a new patient or a returning patient (thank you!) you’ll need to decide if you want to see a primary care doctor or a specialist.  You may visit our Doctor’s page and sort by specialty or location or peruse our Provider Directory.  Please note:

Already an ADC Patient?

If you are a returning patient you can make an appointment 2 ways:

  1. Submit the appointment request located on this page.
  2. However, if you are a registered MyADC user and have a family practice doctor at Circle C, Steiner Ranch, Cedar Park or Internal Medicine doctor at Westlake, you may self-schedule your appointment in the portal.  Login to the MyADC portal here.

New Patient***

A primary care doctor will care for you on a regular basis.  They often perform annual exams and keep you up to date on immunizations and preventive care screenings. Primary care doctors may also manage chronic conditions such as controlled diabetes or high blood pressure. These doctors include

If your lab results or screening come back with an unusual outcome, your primary care doctor may recommend a specialist such as a Cardiologist, Gastroenterologist or OB/GYN. A specialist has had additional study in a specific field of medicine – they are considered experts and can run additional screenings or labs.

We have 18 different sub-specialties in our group.

Depending on your insurance, you may need a referral from your primary care doctor or you may be allowed to self-refer.  To find out whether you need a referral, talk to your insurance plan administrator or visit your plan’s website.

We make it easy to find your insurance on our website.  Simply follow the link here and it will take you to the most current listing of insurance plans our doctors accept.

Some plans may have restrictions.  If you are unsure whether an ADC doctor is in your network, contact your insurance plan or your HR benefits representative.

What you’ll need to schedule an appointment

If you are new to ADC, we will need to register you first.  You may request an appointment online or give us a call at 512-901-1111. Hold on to your medical and imaging records, your doctor’s office will tell you where to send them.

If you are new or a return patient, before you call our office, please have these items:

  1. Insurance card
  2. Name of the doctor or the department you want to visit
  3. Pen to write down your new medical record number (MRN), your appointment and if you choose, your MyADC patient portal username.
