ADC appoints new administrator for clinic services

Blake Korndorffer, Administrator, The Austin Diagnostic ClinicThe Austin Diagnostic Clinic this month welcomed James Blake Korndorffer as Administrator for Clinic Services.

Mr. Korndorffer received his degree in Health Administration from Texas State University – San Marcos.   He served as the Physician Office Administrator for Family Medicine and the Executive Physician Office Administrator for Pediatrics and Ob/Gyn for UT Physicians — the group practice for The University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston (UTHSCH).  Most recently, Mr. Korndorffer served at The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston as the Director of Ambulatory Operations for Primary Care, Pediatrics and Psychiatry as well as Director of Clinical Information Systems (CIS).

Some of the qualities which make Mr. Korndorffer a great cultural fit for ADC are that he brings experience in Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH), LEAN management, revenue cycle operations, electronic medical records, opening multiple satellite locations, and a success in growing patient satisfaction, volume and collections by building teams that provide high quality patient centered care.

Mr. Korndorffer has volunteered with the Wounded Warrior Project and Wings over Houston.  He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and Medical Group Management Association.
