“I do facilities services. We change the lights, work on air conditioners. We do it all.

“We work as a team, and nobody ever works by themselves.

“I didn’t have any experience being a courier – I was a courier first, and then I became a maintenance guy. So [ADC] gave me the chance to do courier work – carry boxes, deliver supplies to the doctors. That’s the big thing. We have to deliver all their drugs, boxes, needles – anything they needed, we had to take it to them at all our clinics we have.San Marcos, Round Rock,Westlake. Everywhere. We’re in lots of places at lots of times.

“We help the patients by keeping them in comfort. They enjoy coming to see us because we have clean buildings, nice facilities and everything.

“My mother in law has been here for 20 years. My wife works here – in Neurology – and I like the people I work with.

“Everybody’s friendly. They really are. Really great to work with – CEO, COO- all of them. Great people.”
