Services
Weight loss and management is a skill that needs both commitment and practice. Whether you have 20 or 200 pounds to lose, we can help you make that change to manage your weight and health for a lifetime.
Programs
Phase 1
Our goal is for our patients to achieve a healthy weight loss through a structured educational environment. This includes
- Behavioral modification
- Accountability
- Skill-building
- One-on-one support
When you join, you receive support on your low-calorie diet through:
- Weekly medical monitoring
- Weekly education classes
- Individual support and coaching
Attend a free orientation to see if this program is right for you.
Phase 2
Once you approach your weight loss goal the focus turns toward maintaining that weight loss. Phase 2 is the most important part of our program.
Our educators work with you to develop new lifestyle changes through behavioral modification and skill building. By continuing to learn and practice these skills, you help ensure the weight stays off.
