Our Community & Outreach

ADC involved in the Central Texas community since 1952

We love to give back and do good in our community.  That’s why we host community educational seminars, attend health fairs, and sponsor a variety of community and charity events, from the Family Eldercare Summer Fan Drive to Komen Austin’s Race for the Cure.

Whether as individuals or as part of a team, our doctors and staff members volunteer their expertise, resources and hundreds of hours each year to various events and causes.

Health Fairs

We think it’s important to make a one-on-one connection with potential patients and tell you more about what ADC can do to help you manage your health. Every year, we participate in an average of 20 health fairs.

Health Matters Seminars

Our doctors host Health Matters seminars in September, November, January, March and May to answer the questions you’ve been asking about health topics. These events are a great opportunity for your to interact with our doctors and learn more about interesting health issues.

In the Community

When we’re not seeing patients, we’re out in the community, helping to spread the word about good health. Our efforts include walks and runs, community education events, and event sponsorships.

Media Appearances

Our doctors and providers make themselves available to answer questions about current health topics, and they are frequent guests on local news shows. You can regularly see our doctors on KXAN’s Saturday morning show twice a month and they often speak on other central Texas news outlets.
