(2) Part-time pediatricians


We are seeking (2) board eligible/board certified pediatricians to join our 15-physician pediatric section. The selected individuals will have an opportunity to practice at our north Austin location.  This is a part-time position providing care to patients in our EasyCare Clinic – a same day, walk-in venue open 8am – 8pm weekdays and 9am -5pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Some night and weekend work required. An active Texas medical license is a plus. No visa sponsorships available.

ADC offers competitive salary and a full benefits package including a relocation stipend. Partnership potential after 1 year of employment. Physicians are required to sign a standard Clinic employment contract.  The contract covers a negotiated salary, licensure requirements for hiring by ADC, liability of both the Clinic and physician, and general duties and obligations.  Like many medical group contracts today, ours also includes a non-compete clause that specifies you would not be able to establish a practice within 20 miles of our facilities if you left the Clinic during the life of the contract.  As with most contracts, there is a substantial monetary buy-out of the non-compete provisions in the contract.  This portion of the contract is non-negotiable.  A sample copy of the contract is given to you at the time of a Clinic sponsored, on-site interview.
