Menopause Specialist
The
Menopause and Osteoporosis Center of ADC has an opportunity available
for a physician specializing in the management of menopause and
osteoporosis in women. Interested candidates should be BC/BE in either
internal medicine, endocrinology or GYN and be a Credentialed Menopause
Practitioner and Certified Clinical Densitometrist. Candidates should
have a passion for learning new concepts and treatments regarding
menopause and osteoporosis and be willing to serve as a community
resource leader in these areas. Texas medical license a plus.
Partnership potential after 1 year. Relocation stipend.
ADC
offers competitive salary and a full benefits package including a
relocation stipend. Partnership potential after 1 year of employment.
Physicians are required to sign a standard Clinic employment
contract. The contract covers a negotiated salary, licensure requirements
for hiring by ADC, liability of both the Clinic and physician, and
general duties and obligations.
Like many medical group contracts today, ours also includes
a non-compete clause that specifies you would not be able to establish a
practice within 20 miles of our facilities if you left the Clinic during
the life of the contract.
As with most contracts, there is a substantial monetary buy-out
of the non-compete provisions in the contract.
This portion of the contract is non-negotiable.
A sample copy of the contract is given to you at the time of a
Clinic sponsored, on-site interview.
Any
contractual questions will be addressed and discussed during the
interview process.
