employment is extended to you, The Austin Diagnostic
Clinic will conduct a background check, which includes the
following: criminal history, social security trace,
employment verification, levels of education, a
Medicare/Medicaid integrity check, and for all cash
handling positions, a credit check. ADC requires a clean
credit report (no collection accounts, no bad debt
write-off’s, no repossessions, and no bankruptcy). Unacceptable
results on any of the tests or checks may disqualify you
from employment.
It is imperative that the
information on your employment application is factual and
all questions are answered accurately. Inaccurate
information could disqualify you as an applicant from
