Flu Shot Update 2009
For ADC adult patients 18 years and older

The Austin Diagnostic Clinic has a limited supply of seasonal flu vaccine. The clinic will no longer administer the vaccine on a walk-in basis at our main clinic, EasyCare Clinic on Cedar Bend and Round Rock Clinic locations. ADC South will no longer schedule flu vaccine appointments. Please call your ADC doctor's office regarding flu vaccine availability.

The Clinic recently received a significant supply of H1N1 vaccine. This vaccine is available for ADC patients.  Please call your doctor's office to schedule a shot visit or ask about the vaccine at your next appointment.  Please note, the H1N1 vaccine is not available on a walk-in basis. The Austin Diagnostic Clinic will continue to follow government guidelines and regulations for distribution.

Flu vaccination is recommended for those over the age of 50; those with chronic health conditions and those who care for individuals with chronic health issues; pregnant and children age 6 months to 24 years.
