ACNS-BC is an Adult Clinical Nurse Specialist who is board certified. ACNS-BC is a master (or doctorate) prepared registered nurse who has become an expert in a specific area of knowledge and practice in a selected clinical area of nursing. They provide expert clinical practice, research, education, consultation, and clinical leadership with an identified patient population.
