Interviews
- Applications are kept active for 30 days. The HR Department provides services in an accessible manner to all applicants and staff members.
- Certain positions require a pre-interview screening test. All interviews will be conducted based on job history and qualifications.
Applicant History
If an offer of employment is extended to you, The Austin Diagnostic Clinic will conduct a background check, which includes the following: criminal history, Social Security trace, employment verification, levels of education, a Medicare/Medicaid integrity check, and, for all cash handling positions, a credit check. ADC requires a clean credit report (no collection accounts, no bad debt write-off’s, no repossessions, and no bankruptcy). Unacceptable results on any of the tests or checks may disqualify you from employment.
