While we welcome your feedback, it is important that you realize communicating with ADC via email is not secure.  Please limit your comments or questions to administrative tasks, ie: access issues, billing questions, seminar registration, comments regarding this website, comments regarding our business operations, etc.  You should assume that information will be forwarded internally This form should not be used for emergency matters or sensitive and confidential  medical information.  Failure to adhere to this practice may lead to confidential medical information being disclosed to parties, which have not been authorized by you to receive such information.

Please do not send questions or comments related to, or containing information about, your medical condition to the Webmaster or your date of birth, social security number or patient number.  This is not a secure site.  In order to protect the privacy and confidentiality of physician-patient medical communications, ADC's policy prohibits the use of e-mail for this purpose (public e-mail systems are not a secured means for matters of this nature). For all medically related questions please call The Austin Diagnostic Clinic's main number (512-901-1111) or your physician's office.

Response Time

An ADC representative will respond to the e-mail message in a reasonable amount of time. This will usually be within 24 hours during the normal work week and by Monday morning for those messages sent Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
