The Urgent Care Clinic will be closed July 25, 26 and 27, 2008.

 We apologize for the inconvenience, but will be moving to our new location at the
ADC Family Practice and Pediatric Center (2400 Cedar Bend Dr.)
 Regular after-hours will resume on Monday, July 28, 2008.

The physicians at ADC know that your busy schedules can sometimes make it hard to get to the doctor.  The Urgent Care Clinic provides after-hours medical services to established and NEW adult patients while maintaining the quality care for which ADC is known.  It's part of ADC's commitment to bringing you the care you need when you need it. 

Urgent Care is staffed by ADC specialists in family practice and pediatrics on a rotating basis. To make sure Urgent Care is truly convenient, all patients are seen by appointment. Our Urgent Care nurse will schedule an after hours appointment for you. So, if you have a sudden fever or a minor cut, we can get you in to see an Urgent Care doctor quickly.

Family Practice Appointment Line (901-4000) opens at 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday,
and 8:00 AM Saturday and Sunday.

Family Practice Appointment Schedule

	5:30 PM - 8:00 PM, Monday-Friday
	9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Saturday
	10:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Sunday

Pediatric Practice Hours

Pediatrics Appointment Line (901-4000) opens at 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday,
and 8:00 AM Saturday-Sunday. Office hours may vary depending on seasonal demand.

Pediatrics Appointment Schedule

	6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Monday-Friday
	9:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Saturday & Sunday
