Why is it important
to have my imaging study performed at an ADC facility?
Our ADC imaging sites have the ability to send your
images electronically to your ADC physician. Your ADC
physician also receives the report from the Austin
Radiological Association radiologist electronically and
it becomes part of your permanent ADC medical record. By
continuing to have your imaging studies done within the
ADC network, your medical record automatically contains
the most up-to-date information regarding your tests and
procedures. This important information is easily
accessible by your ADC physician/s.
Who will interpret my imaging studies?
Imaging studies of ADC patients will now be interpreted
by the radiologists of Austin Radiological Association (ARA).
By combining the skill of our technologist and our high
quality equipment with the experience of the
radiologists of Austin Radiological Association, ADC
will continue to provide the highest level of care to
our patients.
Who will send me my test results?
Your ADC physician who ordered your imaging study will
continue to contact you with the results of your test.
Will I get a bill from ADC and a bill from Austin
Radiological Association?
Yes. Previously, your ADC bill included both the
technical and the radiologist’s charges. Now, you will
receive a statement from the Clinic with only the
charges for the technical portion of the procedure/test.
You will receive a separate invoice from Austin
Radiological Association for the radiologist’s charges.
Austin Radiological Association participates in the same
insurance plans as ADC and will file a claim with your
carrier for your interpretation charges.
Who do I call if I have questions about my bill?
If you have any questions about your ADC statement,
please contact ADC Billing Services at 521-901-4600. For
questions about your bill from Austin Radiological
Association, please contact the Austin Radiological
Association Customer Service Office at 512-519-3443.
