There is no prep for this exam.
Appointment Length:
This involves several appointments.

The first appointment involves a
blood draw.

The second appointment time,
usually 2 to 3 hours later, involves
re-injecting the ceretec labeled white blood
cells.
|
|
|
A scan is then
acquired 30 minutes to 2 hours later. Scan time
is 1 hour.
