SHIPPING IN THE CONTIGUOUS U.S.  We ship most orders within 2 business days of recipt of your order.  Most orders are shipped UPS Ground from our distribution center in New York.  Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery.  Refer to chart below for charges.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING.  Allow 3-5 business days for expedited shipping in the contiguous United States.  Refer to chart below for charges.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE CONTIGUOUS U.S.   Different charges apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, U.S Territories, and APO/FPO boxes.  Refer to chart below for charges.  We regret we cannot ship to foreign countries.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING SCHEDULE  To ensure timely delivery, please place your order one week prior to any national holiday.

Pricing and Cancellations

Prices are subject to change.  Payments for meal replacement and service fees are non-refundable.  HMR meal replacements may be subject to sales tax.  Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.  Those orders that are not cancelled within 24 hours of placement, including auto-delivery, are non-refundable. For orders under $200.00 shipped within the continental U.S. there is a $9.95 shipping and handling charge.  Shipping and handling for order $200.00 and over in the continental U.S. are free.  Shipping and handling for the HMR At Home auto-delivery orders are also free with the following limitations:  2-week weight-loss auto delivery must be at $150.00 to qualify, and monthly maintenance auto delivery orders must be at least $50.00.  Extra charges apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO boxes.  Allow 7-10 business days for delivery.  For rush orders allow 3-5 business days for delivery.  Rush order charges are: $25.00 for orders up to $150.00; $35.00 for orders $150.01-$299.99; $50.00 for orders $300.00 - $499.99; $100.00 for orders $500.00 or over.
