ADC Family Practice and Pediatric Center at 2400 Cedar Bend Dr. EasyCare offers same-day appointments as
well as walk-in care for adults, adolescents and children over 4 years
of age. This makes it simple for you, your friends and family to find a
doctor quickly when you need medical attention.

EasyCare is
available to both ADC patients and people who do not have an ADC doctor.
Hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m; Saturday from 9
am to 5 pm and Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm.. EasyCare
accepts Medicare and all of
the health plans that are part of The Austin Diagnostic Clinic family of

Parents! Remember to bring the school physical form filled
with their part, we will take care of the rest.

|
No shots or vaccinations for kids with sports physicals, if
your child need shots, they will be referred to their
Primary Care Physician or Pediatrician.

|
|
Patients with previous chronic issues, or needing previous
clearance by specialists (example: clear from cardiologists
for heart murmur or clear by pulmonologist/allergist for
asthma) for school physicals should see their Pediatrician
or specialist for school physicals.
