ADC Diabetes Management Center
 Type II Diabetes Education Classes

Designed for patients with Type 2 Diabetes that have never seen the Diabetes Nurse Educator.  This class replaces the new patient visit and diabetes management new patient visit. Sorry, Medicare patients must attend the Medicare Diabetes Education Classes.

Every Wednesday 10:00 am to 12:00 noon ADC Main Clinic
Please call 901-4055 to schedule a seat in our class. Check in for class at the Endocrinology front desk.
