Pediatrics
The
15-physician Pediatric Section is seeking a board certified/board
eligible pediatrician to practice office based general pediatric care. A
Texas medical license is a plus. Opportunity to practice in new primary
care building to open summer 2008.
ADC
offers competitive salary and a full benefits package including a
relocation stipend. Partnership potential after 1 year of employment.
Physicians are required to sign a standard Clinic employment
contract. The contract covers a negotiated salary, licensure requirements
for hiring by ADC, liability of both the Clinic and physician, and
general duties and obligations.
Like many medical group contracts today, ours also includes
a non-compete clause that specifies you would not be able to establish a
practice within 20 miles of our facilities if you left the Clinic during
the life of the contract.
As with most contracts, there is a substantial monetary buy-out
of the non-compete provisions in the contract.
This portion of the contract is non-negotiable.
A sample copy of the contract is given to you at the time of a
Clinic sponsored, on-site interview.
Any
contractual questions will be addressed and discussed during the
interview process.
