Internal Medicine
The 17-member IM
section is seeking a 4th board certified/board eligible hospitalist.
This individual will compliment our other hospitalists and practice at
only 1 hospital.
Additionally the group
is seeking one office based board certified/board eligible internist
to practice at the main clinic.
The office at our
main clinic is located in the same building as the hospital. Night and
weekend call required. Texas medical license preferred.
ADC
offers competitive salary and a full benefits package including a
relocation stipend. Partnership potential after 1 year of employment.
Physicians are required to sign a standard Clinic employment
contract. The contract covers a negotiated salary, licensure requirements for
hiring by ADC, liability of both the Clinic and physician, and general
duties and obligations.
Like many medical group contracts today, ours also includes a
non-compete clause that specifies you would not be able to establish a
practice within 20 miles of our facilities if you left the Clinic during
the life of the contract.
As with most contracts, there is a substantial monetary buy-out of
the non-compete provisions in the contract.
This portion of the contract is non-negotiable.
A sample copy of the contract is given to you at the time of a
Clinic sponsored,
on-site interview.
Any contractual questions will be addressed and discussed during
the interview process.
