What is Podiatry?

Podiatry is a specialty that focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of the foot and ankle disorders involving soft tissue, bone and related structures that affect foot and ankle function by medical or surgical methods.

At the Austin Diagnostic Clinic, our foot and ankle specialists aim to provide comprehensive management of a wide variety foot and ankle problems in both adults and children. Our department consists of staff with special areas of expertise including fellowship-trained specialists to address an array of complicated foot and ankle disorders by non-surgical and surgical means.
