If your illness or injury is of a serious nature (sprains, broken bones, lacerations or life threatening) go to the nearest Emergency Room or call "911". 

Because we know children don't follow a 9-5, Monday-Friday schedule, The ADC Pediatric Urgent Care clinic is there if your child develops a sudden fever or a minor cut after hours and on the weekend.

Payment for Services

All co-pays are due at the time of service. Please note: there is an
additional $25.00 after-hours fee due along with your co-pay.
Payments for non-covered services are due at the time of your visit
unless prior arrangements have been made. If you have any billing
