Clear liquids only after midnight

Avoid aspirin, Advil, or Aleve for one week before the procedure.  Tylenol is ok to take.

Please take routine medications the morning of the procedure unless otherwise indicated by your doctor
or nurse.

It is imperative that someone be available to drive you home after the procedure is completed: you must not drive yourself home because the medication will impair your judgment and ability to drive.

Clear liquids until 1 hour before leaving home. Clear liquids include black coffee, tea, clear fruit juices, bouillon, non-red gelatin desert (Jell-O).
