ADC Main Clinic:
Monday through Friday
8:30 am to 12:00 noon and 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm

ADC’s South Clinic:
Monday & Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Wednesday 8:00 am to 12:00 noon
Thursday 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm

ADC's Round Rock Clinic:
Monday & Wednesday 8:30 am to 12:00 noon and 1:30 to 5:00 pm
Tuesday 8:30 am to 12:00 noon

ADC allergy patients are seen by appointment. If you are a new patient, please arrive 30 minutes early to complete the necessary registration information. We also ask that you bring your insurance card with you to each visit and notify us of any changes in your address, phone number, and/or insurance. In order to assist your doctor, we request that you bring all medications (over-the-counter and prescription) to each visit.

Returning patients with ADC have the option to make a secure online appointment request using e-Access. Simply go to adclinic.com/allergy and click on the e-Access icon to get started.

If you are sick and need to be seen quickly, we will do our best to schedule a same-day appointment. Please call 512/901-4924 to speak to a nurse to arrange a sick visit.

The ADC Allergy department mixes our own vaccine for allergy injections and we work with several outside clinics and doctors to provide serum for injections. Injections are administered on a first come, first serve basis at the Main and South clinic and by appointment only at the Round Rock clinic. For more information please ask your nurse or doctor.

Services Provided

We are committed to providing our patients the most comprehensive care possible. The following services are provided through our Main Clinic's office:

	Allergy Skin Testing - testing for allergies to inhalant (airborne) materials, foods, insect venoms, and medications.
	Patch Testing - testing for contact reactions
	Ingestion Challenge Test - testing for allergies to foods or medications
	Spirometry - testing lung function
	Exercise Challenge Testing - testing for exercise-induced breathing problems

Cancellations

Please call our office if you are unable to keep your appointment or, if you will be late. If you are late, you may be asked to reschedule. This will allow us to be of service to other patients.

Prescription Refill

If you have any questions concerning your condition, treatment or medications, please contact our office. To request a prescription refill, call your pharmacy Monday through Friday, 8:30 am. to 3:00 pm. Our office requires a 24-hour notice on prescription refills.

Urgent Care Clinic

We have an after hours clinic available for our patients that is staffed by ADC Family Practice and Pediatric physicians. Urgent Care Family Practice is open from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm, Monday through Friday; 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday and 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Sunday. Urgent Care Pediatrics is open 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Monday through Friday and 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Saturday through Sunday.

Call (512) 901-4000 to make an appointment. Phone lines are available to schedule your Urgent Care appointment one hour before the office opens. Urgent Care is located at ADC's Family Practice and Pediatric Center 1st Floor at 2400 Cedar Bend Dr.

Payment for Services

All co-pays are due before seeing your doctor. Payments for other services are expected at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. If you have any questions, please contact our Business Services Department at 512/901-4600.

We will be glad to provide you with a paid receipt containing all the necessary information required by your insurance plan.

Referrals

Most managed care plans require a referral from your primary care physician before making an appointment with a specialty care provider. Referral authorizations may take 48-72 hours to process, so please contact our offices as soon as the need for a referral arises.
