ADC has received our shipment of flu vaccine.  We are happy to announce that we have flu shots available for ADC adult patients and the general public (18 years and older).  If you have children under the age of 18 please visit your pediatricians office for immunization.

If you are an ADC patient and have an appointment with your provider, ask for your flu shot during your visit.   ADC patients and the general public may walk into any of the offices below during regular business hours to receive a flu shot.  The cost of the vaccine is $30.00 or, if you an insurance plan ADC accepts, we can bill your insurance.
